THE PROTEIN MYTH


We have been taught that in order to make protein, we need to eat protein.

Do cows drink milk or eat meat to make milk ?
Does a nourishing mother needs to drink milk or eat meat to produce milk?

No. 

It is Amino-Acids that we need to eat or drink to build protein!


A human mother needs to drink water and amino-acids to produce breast milk.
Milk is composed of: 
 
Lauric Acid and Capric Acids (20%),
Protein 0.8% to 0.9%,
Fat 4.5%,
Carbohydrates 7.1%,  
Ash 0.2% (minerals)
.

As you can see, the Protein Value is very small.


The human body creates its own proteins, about 30,000 of them. 
All from the building blocks "the bricks of the house" called AMINO-ACIDS.
The human body also produces Amino-Acids.

There are 9 amino-acids that the body cannot make and that are essential to build protein.
They are called ESSENTIAL AMINO-ACIDS.
